Mojo Low? Let’s Get that Groove Back
The mojo factor is low, there is no pep in your step, sparkle in your eye or smile on your face. You have lost your groove. Don’t despair – help is here!
One sure fire ways to get your moves back and show the world your swagger is through travel. Now it is up for you to decide what experience you want to create for yourself to get your groove back.
Mojo is important and we tuned it up or down as we please. Remember when on holiday tuned it up and work it. Try new things, new foods and new experiences – no regrets. Zip line through the trees, sneak that kiss under the moonlight and dance like no one is watching.
You may ask “how do I do that”, there are so many options to tickle your fancy, here are some ideas:
1. Sydney, Australia
– do bring that little black dress (you know the one) and the hot shoes find a posh hotel bar, I recommend the Shangri La, sit and the bar and have some drinks. You will meet some very interesting people and this may just be what the doctor ordered.
2. Santorini, Greece:
– Do wear the even tinier little dress and go dancing until all hours of the morning. Free it up! Free up your mind and groove to the beat of the music. Arms in the air, hips moving and eyes closed.
– Do go and watch the beautiful sunrise alone or with your new friend from the night before. This will definitely put the sparkle back in you.
3. Negril, Jamaica
– book a week or more at Hedonism – need I say more? This will more than put the pep in your step it will light your fire by pleasuring your mind, body and soul.
4. Las Vegas
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Need I say more?
5. Whistler, British Columbia
– Ski by day. Expand your limits and race down those hills. If you have never skied before take lessons. Feel the rush and know that you can do anything. Believe.
– Enjoy the moon light, snuggle up by the fire place with a glass of wine.
Go, do and live in the moment. Flirt and enjoy. Who knows what it will lead to (just be safe and know your limits). I was in Australia and in an elevator very late and I was alone with a random very good looking man. As the doors opened for him to depart he invited me back to his room. For one minute I wanted to say yes, yes, yes but I knew this was not me so I graciously declined. I knew my limits. I still wonder about that night – what if I went?
Play safe.
