Treat your taste buds by visiting the mouth–watering La Boqueria food market.
Browse the numerous unique vintage stores or shop at El Corte Ingles, which sells everything from cosmetics to cured ham.
Hang out at the beach, sip a Sangria and watch the beautiful people go by.
Visit FC Barcelona’s hallowed Camp Nou stadium, just off the Avenue Diagonal.
Visit the Salvador Dali museum at Figueres to see some of the surrealist’s most eye–catching artwork (www. dali–estate.org).
Indulge in patatas bravas, garlicky grilled mushrooms and creamy cheese croquette tapas at bars such as Elisabets and Mar De la Ribera.
Catch a glimpse of the 13 white geese kept in the enclosed cloister at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia.
